In addition, we have a legal basis to process personal data where necessary to enter into and perform a contract between us and you including for the performance of certification training and exam services and to provide you with access to our online forum Services. Finally, we may also process your personal information on the basis of your consent and where based on our legitimate interests to provide our Services to you.

Our Services are intended for use by users aged 18 and older. In all cases, we do not market to or intentionally collect any personal information from children under 18 years of age.
