    Cascade Games is the data controller for processing of information defined as personal data under applicable data protection law when you use the Services.

    Our legal basis to process personal data includes processing that is necessary in connection with the access and use of our website. In addition, we have a legal basis to process personal data where necessary to enter into and perform a contract between us and you including for the performance of certification training and exam services and to provide you with access to our online forum Services. Finally, we may also process your personal information on the basis of your consent and where based on our legitimate interests to provide our Services to you.

    Where personal information is processed based on consent, EU residents have the right to withdraw such consent at any time. If there is a different legal basis that would permit us to continue processing your personal information after withdrawing consent, we will notify you of that legal basis at the time of your request.     Our Services are intended for use by users aged 18 and older. In all cases, we do not market to or intentionally collect any personal information from children under 18 years of age.
